The Suture Anchor System consists of an anchor, nonabsorbable suture, and inserter. The Anchor is constructed from Ti6Al4V alloy, meticulously designed to meet the rigorous requirements of ISO5832-3:2016. The Suture is made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) material without coating, woven from several UHMWPE yarns conforming to ASTM F2848-17 standards. The blue suture variant is created from white UHMWPE dyed with FDA-approved blue material (code 73.1015).
The stainless steel components of the inserter that contact the human body conform to ASTM F899-12b, while the handle is ergonomically crafted from polycarbonate and ABS material for precision during orthopedic procedures.
