Our Precision Casting F75-23 Cocrmo Alloy Casting is engineered for high-performance medical applications, specifically designed for knee joint prosthesis implants. Utilizing vacuum casting and precision investment casting processes, we ensure the highest structural integrity and biocompatibility.
Cobalt-base alloys are highly resistant to corrosion and heat, which is due to the extraordinary properties of cobalt. These alloys contain large amounts of carbon, chromium and carbide components such as tungsten. They are very hard and retain their hardness at very high temperatures, making them ideal for investment casting.
We specialize in casting ASTM F75 alloy with grade A quality. This Cobalt Chromium Molybdenum (CoCrMo) combination is known for its unique strength and wear-resistance. Our products include femoral knee components and tibial knee components, designed to help patients walk in comfort again.
We are highly experienced in customized casting, heat treatment, and machining of nickel-based super alloys, including Inconel 625, 713C, 718, 738LC, and various Rene and Hastelloy grades. Our production is focused on meeting specific customer requirements with cost-effective manufacturing methods.
